I have bicycled across the U.S. twice, once from West to East, and once from North to South. About Susan Home State: Colorado I have always been a full time student or had a full time career while pursuing competitive athletics. I understand a 60 minute swim session may be the only break one gets from the other demands of life. I strive to write workouts that are fun and improve a swimmer’s efficiency in the water.
